About Us
Dominion Consulting Services was established in 2017, by Johann F Evertse, as a vehicle to transfer his skills and knowledge across a wide spectrum of clients. Dominion also played an important vehicle in supporting his passion to contribute to skills development of candidates from financially disadvantaged communities.
For the past seven years, the Company assisted the automotive industry to maintain labour stability in collective bargaining negotiations. The establishment of a broader collective bargaining framework to contribute to the long-term viability of the South African automotive industry remains a particular passion which is a focus for the company.
In addition, the Company provided leadership support to small and medium enterprises in areas such as organisation development, mentorship, process improvement, etc.
The Company also provides support to the local Chamber of Business in developing and mentoring young entrepreneurs and actively support collaboration with tertiary institutions to provide support in developing entrepreneurial supporting programmes.

He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stellenbosch University Business School, M.Sc. in Metallurgy from Michigan State University and a B.Sc. majoring in Physics and Mathematics from the University of the Western Cape.
He has served on several public organisations which include universities, business chambers, etc., as part of his passion for community development and service delivery.
His career with Mercedes-Benz South Africa spanned many decades as he joined the then Car Distributors Assembly (CDA) on the 1st of September 1984 as Chief Metallurgist.
This was the first time this position was occupied by a South African. This trend of firsts continued all throughout his career as each of the management positions he has been appointed in the company…
